is crafted from Arbequina olives we grow with care and dedication on the fertile hillsides of Salihli, Manisa—overlooking the ancient city of Sardis.
We hand-harvest our olives during the early harvest period, just as their color begins to shift from green to purple. Without delay, we press them using the cold extraction method.
From approximately 7–7.5 kg of Arbequina olives,,
we obtain 1 liter of premium-quality extra virgin olive oil.
Our first-class olive oil, rich in beneficial fatty acids and powerful antioxidants that support overall wellness, is rested using nitrogen preservation technology.
It is offered to you unfiltered, and carefully bottled in dark glass or tins to preserve its natural integrity under ideal conditions.
