Arbequina Olive Cultivation

Although its cultivation has increased in recent years in our country, its share in total olive production remains relatively limited compared to the olive varieties we are more familiar with. Arbequina olives thrive in warm climates and arid soils, making the Aegean region an ideal environment for this variety. For us, all olive varieties grown under healthy conditions are valuable. However, it has been observed that Arbequina olives are more productive and resistant to diseases compared to local olive varieties grown in our soil.

We have nurtured our Arbequina olive saplings with expert care, adapting them to the dynamics of our land and integrating them rapidly with local agricultural practices, allowing them to flourish with passion.

Our quality is reflected in the meticulousness of our production process. We handpick our olives during the early harvest season, when their color transitions from green to purple, before full ripeness. While the oil yield is slightly lower during this period compared to the regular harvest, it allows us to maintain an acidity level 0,1 ~ 0,3 .

This ensures that we extract our olive oil using the cold-press method at temperatures below 27°C, preserving the fresh oil and beneficial compounds in the olives without triggering any chemical reactions. Our oil retains its natural structure and distinctive aroma, offering a smooth, rich texture with a soft and lightly fruity profile. We present our natural extra virgin olive oil to you without compromising its natural integrity.
